Vince Wallace (Villiers) appears regularly with the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Grammy Award-winning Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, Grant Park Music Festival, William Ferris Chorale, Lakeside Singers, Bella Voce and numbers churches in the area. In 2013, Vince was awarded 1st place in the Utah Festival Opera Concorso Lirico International Opera Competition which lead to his being sent to Alessandra, Italy to represent the United States as an international finalist in the Concorso Internazionale di Musica, Cappuccilli - Patane - Resphigi. Locally, he has been seen as a soloist with the Schola Angelorum (2013) and DePaul Community Chorus, Elgin Symphony/Master Singers, DuPage Chorale (2015) and Tower Chorale (2016). Recently he concluded a 5- week tour performing the role of Orpheus in Jason and the Argonauts with Lyric Opera of Chicago’s outreach program, Lyric Unlimited (Fall 2016) and will be covering the role of Dizzy Gillespie in Charlie Parker’s Yardbird (Spring 2017). Vince may also be seen singing the National Anthem for various Chicago Bulls, Bears and Cubs games.
